Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is ideal, right next to the metro station and connected to various restaurants through skywalks. The rooms, although spacious and comfy, were one level down from the lobby, which felt a bit underground. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with the Starpoints bonus and housekeeping explanation. The dining experience lacked variety with only one waiter managing the guests. Overall, a convenient location with room for improvement in service and dining.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although not overly spacious. The service was a mixed bag, with some great gestures but also some hiccups. The location was top-notch for exploring downtown Minneapolis. Dining options were a bit lacking, but the facilities were decent.
The hotel offered a great view from the rooms but they felt a bit cramped. The bathroom could have been more roomy. They had a nice pool and hot tub, but unfortunately, my paid room was sold out upon check-in.
