Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is ideal, right next to the metro station and connected to various restaurants through skywalks. The rooms, although spacious and comfy, were one level down from the lobby, which felt a bit underground. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with the Starpoints bonus and housekeeping explanation. The dining experience lacked variety with only one waiter managing the guests. Overall, a convenient location with room for improvement in service and dining.
